In response to the tragic deaths of 14 children at Asha Kiran Shelter Home, Delhi, a Public Interest Litigation was filed before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court by Mr. Abhigyan Siddhant, Founding Partner, Temple Legal, on behalf of Samadhan Abhiyan. The petition sought urgent judicial intervention to safeguard the rights, dignity, health and wellbeing of children residing in institutional care facilities.
