Hello everyone, My name is Subhash, and I am working as a Coordinator at the Samadhan Abhiyan. Our organization works towards protecting children from child sexual abuse. Along with this, we regularly organize awareness workshops in society to educate people on these important issues. To spread awareness among every section of society, we conduct workshops in schools, residential societies, and our Bal Mitra Kendras. Whenever we plan to organize a workshop in a school, we first contact the school authorities or principal one or two days in advance. Only after their approval do we conduct the workshop successfully. In our workshops, we educate children about ways to stay safe from child sexual abuse and also make them aware of private body parts and personal safety. Apart from this, we help create a trusted and safe environment where children, teachers, and parents can become more aware and informed. I came to know about the Coordinator position at Samadhan Abhiyan through my contacts, and I applied for it. After that, I attended an interview in which I was selected successfully. The main purpose of joining the organization was to connect with society and contribute positively towards it. After becoming a part of this organization, I feel satisfied that I have been able to do something meaningful for society.
