Mridul Awasthi

Coordinator | Samadhan Abhiyan

Hello everyone, My name is Mridul Awasthi, and I am serving as a Child Friendly Center Coordinator at the Bal Mitra Kendra, Kachhauna, under the Samadhan Abhiyan. But in reality, I see myself as a guardian of children’s smiles — someone who constantly strives to become a shield for innocent children who are still unaware of the dangers of the world. Three years ago, I began my journey as an assistant to a Master Trainer. With pamphlets in my bag and passion in my heart, I stepped into this mission. Over time, I received training and today I proudly work as a Master Trainer. Now, I do not just speak — I become a voice for children, parents, and teachers against child sexual abuse. In this journey, my teammate has always stood beside me, supporting me at every step. We may be two people, but our mission is one: No child in our society should ever feel unsafe. Our work does not depend on the weather. When the scorching sun burns above us, we stand under tin sheds in schools conducting sessions. When heavy rains wash away the roads, we still travel through muddy village paths to reach children. When the cold becomes unbearable, we sit among children as a source of warmth and hope. There is hardly any village in Hardoi untouched by our efforts. No town or block remains where our team has not reached — whether by bike or on foot. Even if there is no road on the map, our determination creates one. Why do we continue? Because after every session, when a child comes running and says, “Bhaiya, now I understand the difference between Safe Touch and Unsafe Touch,” in that one moment, every hardship, every ray of heat, and every drop of rain turns into victory. “Break the Silence, Raise Your Voice” is not just our slogan — it is our promise: Every child deserves a smile, and every child deserves a safe childhood. 🙏 We invite you to become a part of this mission today and help us create a safer society where every child’s childhood remains protected.
