Hello everyone, My name is Deepa, and I am currently working as a Manager at the Samadhan Abhiyan. I joined this organization in the year 2023. At that time, I began my journey as a Coordinator. Throughout this journey, I have received numerous opportunities to learn, grow, and work for the betterment of society. Our organization works in the field of child protection, prevention of child sexual abuse, and ensuring children’s rights and safety under the POCSO Act. By being associated with the organization, I not only learned how to work with children but also gained the understanding needed to identify their challenges and help connect them with the mainstream of society. During my tenure, I have worked as a support person in several sensitive cases. I have had the opportunity to help children and their families overcome difficult situations by providing emotional and psychological support and contributing to positive changes in their lives. Working with the organization has helped me understand how children can be protected from abuse, violence, and other risks. Today, I am able to spread awareness among children as well as society about child protection, children’s rights, and the importance of safety and awareness. I always strive to ensure that whenever any child faces injustice or a difficult situation, they are supported and guided towards a safe, respectful, and better future. For me, this is not just a job, but a medium to bring positive change in society and in the lives of children. The smiles of children, their confidence, and their secure future are the greatest sources of motivation for my work.
