Samadhan Abhiyan received national recognition from the India Book of Records for organizing one of the largest public pledges against child sexual abuse in India.
This remarkable initiative was conducted as part of the nationwide awareness campaign:
“Sashakt Bachpan – Sashakt Desh.”
The campaign aimed to create awareness about child sexual abuse and encourage individuals and communities to take responsibility for protecting children.
On 31 January 2018, Samadhan Abhiyan successfully organized a large-scale pledge ceremony where 1,015 participants came together to take a public pledge against child sexual abuse.
The participants included:
• Students
• Parents
• Teachers
• Community members
This initiative demonstrated the collective commitment of society towards creating a safer environment for children.
The pledge ceremony was conducted in the presence of distinguished personalities who supported the cause of child protection:

Their presence strengthened the message of awareness, responsibility, and action towards protecting children.
The campaign “Sashakt Bachpan – Sashakt Desh” was designed to promote awareness about child sexual abuse and encourage communities to take proactive steps in protecting children.
The key objectives of this initiative were:

• Encouraging open conversations about child safety
• Promoting responsible reporting and community support

This recognition from the India Book of Records strengthened the commitment of Samadhan Abhiyan to continue its mission of spreading awareness and empowering communities.
Since then, Samadhan Abhiyan has continued to work towards building a safer future for children through awareness programs, workshops, and community engagement initiatives focused on child protection and the POCSO Act.
The organization remains dedicated to ensuring that every child grows up in a safe, informed, and supportive environment.
